Mauds

This place is a rip off. You ask for a large tub, which should be enough for two but they only half fill the tubs. Watching the server scooping the ice-cream...it didn't even equate to 3 full scoops. Last time I was in a couple of months ago they did the same thing. Not worth what you pay. I have not been in another Mauds that is so greedy with their prices and stingy with their servings.Better off in Morelli's across the road. More selection and better value.

Always call in for a wee ice cream from here when we are in Donaghadee....even if its busy the staff are always very nice

I have been to this mauds in Donaghadee a few times now and everytime I come they never have the proper sauce or the proper cartons or tubs. I just don't think it's good enough for the prices you're expected to pay. I bought my mum a toffee nut sundae as always they never have the sauce. I explained to the girl I didn't want fresh cream on top and she said that's fine I'll just add a little more ice cream. Pathetic when I got it home it was 3 quarters filled with chocolate sauce. No I'll pass next time.
