Arrived at 17.26 and was told they were shut staff are fully aware they should stay open till 17.30 and had no right to be so ignorant. I wasnt going to shop around or browse, I was only collecting a prescription this kind of behaviour is rife across many retailers but Ill not be letting any of them away with it without some well deserved feedback.
