        Absolute con, avoid at all costs, never got my tests, they were pending going to delivery company and then just disappeared, three attempts to get in touch with company, the sent mails had auto acknowledgment email so I know they got there but they were all ignored

        Wanted to get a refund, on a predeparture test. Checked with them, as needed to buy an Amber travel kit instead, was told return it to Crumlin address. Impossible to get through on the phone.. waited behind 90 people in the queue, to then haven't phone put down on me. Don't reply to emails.. waiting for a 120 refund!!!
