Bondelivery

The people that work there the real workers on the floor are really friendly and helpful .. the supervisor the ones that I had the pleasure of working under are terrible.. terrible attitude towards new starts no training and expected to hit unrealistic targets within a few days of starting.. avoid at all costs.. could do with a revolving door on the front gate for the high turner over of people permanently leaving.

Ordered a large American fridge freezer off AO. Couldn't have asked for better service, received a call from AO to advise that it would be delivered through Bondelivery and that they would have it on Friday so I should receive it within 72 hours of that, but that Bon would call me on Friday to arrange it. Received a call from Bon on Friday advising it would be between 10 and 2 on Monday which, given the weekend was the earliest I could have hoped for. Was told the driver would call me 30 minutes before they arrived and sure enough I received a call on Monday at around 9:30 and they were here no later than 10. It was two males delivering, for one it was his first day on the job, but both were very friendly and helpful. There wasn't much space to work with getting it through the doors, but they were very careful not to catch it on anything and even took the packaging with them when they left. I actually just feel bad I never gave them a tip, I just didn't think of it at the time. Anyway never reviewed a company online before but at a time where I've been ordering other large items and all I've had is issues the customer service here was first class and I couldn't have asked for more.
