After giving this company a five star review after a good experience, I have since encountered their total incompetence. Their website crashed and I ended up with two identical orders. My emails were ignored and I eventually had to claim a refund via my card company. Total shambles.

made me miss my flight, didnt deliver the pcr test in 24 hours took them 30 hours,go to any other service except for randox,if you are in Ireland I highly recommend RDT randox shouldnt be a company anymore.

The worst company for test, can't get hold of anyone to return a test that is not needed as the test kit arrived far too late, can't get the money back either, had to pay for another test to be intime scale, Do not use this comapny

Been trying to get a refund for a International Travel Day 2 test that I had purchased before Boris changed the rules and items no longer needed. This is since 6th January!!!!

No issues at all. Tests arrived quickly. We had 2 PCR tests at the start of November 2021, and 2 day 2 tests. PCR test results arrived in about 14 hours after drop off. Overall no issues. Room for improvement with the lack of the android app, but the link works ok, just a little clunky. I'd use this company again. Thanks folks!
