Most useless oil company ever. Put a priority express delivery through on Friday morning, paying the extra 15 on top of already paying for the heating oil for it to be delivered on Saturday. No one phoned and no one showed up. Called lorimer fuels 10 minutes before they closed but apparently they decided to close already. Sent an email to complain about the service and query about what was happening, still didnt get a reply until I had to phone them. Whoever answered was useless. She clearly didnt know the difference between her arse and elbow. I had to tell her to make sure she refunded the priority extra payment as it was 2 days OVER the delivery date. I wouldnt even give this company 1 star. So unprofessional and they need to hire people that know what theyre doing.
