They took my bag off me when I boarded the plane gave me the option to pay 39 or leave bag and collect within 14 days. Left bag and when came home today have been told the bag and all inside has been destroyed by Swissport that they dont kee bags. The blonde hair old lady that works behind the desk has a very bad attitude for dealing with customers, I asked about the bag and before I could even finish my sentences she interrupted to tell me your bags long gone not even so much as hot up off her seat to go and look for the bag. Threatened me with police when I wouldnt leave the desk without my bag. Ive reported her to Swissport.
