        Michael is a great dentist and I have been with him years. However, he was off one day and I was referred to the man downstairs...who was rough, rude and impatient. I actually left with a cut lip where he pulled my mouth in any direction he wanted to, rather than asking me to do it myself. I felt that this was done in temper. My mouth was bleeding and I informed the reception staff, who were shocked at the state of my lip. The gentleman is very lucky I did not take any action against him, but I will inform him of my feelings the next time I see him and will report him without hesitation if I ever hear he has done this to someone else. Michael and Jacqui are both lovely people, should you ever need an appointment. STEER CLEAR OF THE MAN DOWNSTAIRS ...!

        The man in room 1... rushed my whole appointment and refused the treatment I booked in for. Didn't have very good patient care rough and stubborn. I waited 7 weeks for this appointment. Told I needed a filling and the next available appointment was another 6 weeks away. Will NEVER be back
