Crumlin car wash

I have been using this car wash for a while with no issues, in fact they usually do a good job. However today was a disappointment to say the least. I used to drive a large saloon and was always charged as a medium car. I downsized my car to a mini SUV Which is a lot smaller and quicker to wash and they charged me almost twice the price!! I argued with the manager who said it was bigger than the medium saloon car he was polishing at the time which was laughable because that car was clearly a lot bigger and the owners of that car agreed with me. They are ripping people off, I will not be going back Shame on you!

After waiting about an hour or less at the queue, my turn came in now asked for mini valet. Went from Belfast and always been using them as they do good job but experience was not good this time around. After doing wash and dry the guy said that there queue behind and the times over 5 o'clock and didn't do my interior vacuuming. They had only did wash and dry and I was looking for mini valet After waiting so long in the queue. This would let me down using them next time so next time I will take it to someone locally in Belfast.

Lazy and not ready for the job. Have come here three times now in the last 2 weeks looking for a mini valet. Each time the guys have come up with a new excuse. I thought maybe 3pm was too late for them, though after trying again at 10am it concludes the car wash is just not fit for purpose. 3 stars given, as when they actually stop finding excuses they actually do a relatively good job. Unfortunately the sun needs to be shining at 25 degrees for that to even be considered. Take your money elsewhere advised.
