Crooks and liars. Avoid them at all costs. Put the wrong parts in my car. Lied about it even after I showed pics of the car, the parts and the part numbers. Took a strut from the bin and painted over it thinking I wouldnt know. Kept lying when I sent them pictures and part numbers and even an email from Mercedes stating that the parts they put in were the wrong parts. They told me to go ahead and get it aligned before getting the suspension replaced and that new struts wouldnt change the need for an alignment. Told me most people only get one strut and not 2 and I had to demand 2 new struts. Then lied to me again saying they left the original sports strut on one side and only replaced the other side with the wrong strut. They told me that one strut would raise both sides by an inch when o showed them the photos. Theyll destroy your car and lie to your face. Chris the mechanic and Paul the owner are both lying crooks. They lied so much theyd contradict themselves over and over and then lie even further when I called them out on it.

Our car just past the MOT test today after getting a steering rack and door handle from here. Reasonably priced and knowledgeable about Mercedes. Would definitely recommend.
