        Very disappointing service . I pre booked a taxi on Wednesday ( 28th sept) for Saturday night collection from Belfast for my daughter . She received text confirmation on booking . On the night she was at the pick up point at the agreed time . But no taxi . She rang was told they had problems and she would have to wait one hour or cancel . Given this was 1am she had no choice but to wait for an hour . I was just relieved that she was with a friend and it wasnt raining . I dread to think what could have happened if she had been by herself and left hanging around for an hr . Awful service . Would never use again
