Pizza Base

Friendly staff and clean place. I got a mixed kebab on chips and it wasnt great compared to other places in the town. I gave here a try because of the decent star rating.. their pizzas may be better. Chips not good.

Pizza is genuinely good and such a decent price too however, tonight has left a sour taste in my mouth. We rang up to order as usual and my partner went down to collect. Upon arrival it turns out they got our order wrong and the total was coming to more than we know it should, given how often weve been there recently. They refused to correct the order and took the food away and left my partner standing in the shop for 15 minutes. No one said a word to him and I was on the phone with him and we wondered if they were making up our correct order. After those 15 minutes the guy can back to my partner and asked him what he wanted to do with the order and they would put some pepperoni on but we would have the pay the extra, heres the thing though, Im not paying for food thats been sitting in the back out of my partners sight after theyve shown their rudeness to us and not to mention the fact its probably cold or at least colder than it should be and parts of the order werent changed and we were going to be charged for what we didnt order. In the end after telling the guy we dont want what we didnt order and him claiming his hearing is excellent and we have come to the shop and refused food we ordered which makes no sense at all, my partner walked out. I dont understand what happened at all. I cant wrap my head around why they wouldnt just make the food we actually ordered and instead doubled down and called us liars for saying hold on, we didnt order what was prepared.
