If you want a reliable Boiler Service Engineer - you won't be wrong in getting CS Boiler Services. I reached out to the and arranged a time for, as I had 2 different boilers (one for an OAP which uses oil) Callum responded promptly via email asking me which day would suit me. I explained to Callum about the different boilers and location and he was very accomodating advising me of the date and will give me advance notice on the day for the time - this was excellent as the last thing anyone wants especially in todays busy lifestyle is to sit in the house twiddling your thumbs waiting for someone to show up. On the day Callum called and said he would be at X location and he was bang on time, the work he carried out was above an beyond recalibrated my Gas Boiler as it had too much pressure and advised of a dangerously high level of CO gas what was in the boilers flue. He spent sometime trouble shooting and in the end problem was fixed and he made another inspection to be 110% to sure and safe for the client (me) Place was left clean and tidy - pricing was inline and fair. Would I use CS Boiler Services again? That is a definate thumbs up for me, yes and you should too, as they don't talk jargon to you but plain Layman's for us whom do not know much about heating systems apart from watching YouTube videos.
