Bad customer service. Unfriendly, having an atittude. A business is suppose to be all about customer service. The staff at Gordon's Lurgan (specifically at the Prescription Area) was not helpful and gave an attitude giving a feeling of "either do it my way or nothing can be done". I went to get my toddler's photo taken here after having a bad experience at your Portadown store. Unfortunately had the same experience here as well. The woman (seemed to be a senior staff member here as well) had an attitude. NO smiling faces, NO welcoming or friendly conversations, NO verbal engagement with the child etc. She said that the child will have to stand still. She didn't engage with the child at all neither tried to be friendly with the child (let alone us). Told her specifically to please help to get this done and try to take some pics as soon as the child stands and then we could choose the right shot later. (rather then expecting a 3 year old to stand straight like an army officer for you). She kept waiting for my child to be in the perfect position first and didn't bother to get in position herself to be ready for the child and act fast. How do you expect a toddler (3 year old) to just stand still for you whenever you want? Staff is suppose to be friendly, cooperative, engaging and act fast. When taking photos of babies/toddlers (specially ones who are not listening at the time), you are suppose to get in position yourself first and be fast in taking snaps rather then waiting for the the child to make a pose for you (as if they are adults) before you get into position to take the photo. At least you can TRY! I am surprised that the same thing happened at Grodon's other store here. Seems like the training is bad or there is no check/accountability in Gordon's. I guess either your staff is underpaid or overpaid or simply don't care to have such an attitude. A big NO to such service/attitude. Never going to another Gordon's store anywhere again for anything even if it was the last store on the planet.

You gotta love a chemist shop. They even take your photo for driving licences and passports. Why is there always a long walk to the prescription counter? A lady I knew once went to ask for Anadin but she couldn't say the word. she tried several days in a row and ended up with more Throat lozenges than would feed a regiment.
