Gordons Chemists, Portadown

Ive never experienced such rude staff. Went in for an item and the woman was extremely rude as if I was annoying her! I will never shop at Gordons chemists again.

Worst staff ever Visited for my 2 year old son, for his picture to be taken. The staff was so rude and unhelpful, she was literally making wierd faces. I fail to understand, how a 2 year old is expected to stand still for a picture? They need to be engaged and tried to be clicked. But the staff didnot even TRY to take a single photo unless he would stand still. I felt insulted by her atitude. They should not offer such service if they dint have trained staff for it. Never going to visit again

Worst customer service ever seen. Rude, unwelcoming, impolite, having an atittude. A business is suppose to be all about customer service. The staff at Gordon's Portadown (specifically at the Prescription Area) was not welcoming at all. I went to get my toddler's photo taken. The woman (seemed to be a senior staff member) had an attitude as if she was not in the mood to help. She said that the child will have to stand still. She didn't engage with the child at all neither tried to be friendly with the child (let alone us). She kept making faces and body movements straight away when my child wasn't standing still for a few seconds. Her body language, facial expressions and dialogue all clearly showed that she didn't want to help at all and wanted us to just leave. How do you expect a toddler (3 year old) to just stand still for you whenever you want? Staff is suppose to be friendly, cooperative, engaging and act fast. When taking photos of babies/toddlers, you are suppose to get in position yourself first and be fast in taking snaps rather then waiting for the the child to make a pose for you (as if they are adults) before you get into position to take the photo. I am amazed at the level of arrogance/attitude your staff member has. Never going to another Gordon's store anywhere again for anything.

The most unhelpful staff I've ever come across! All of them very dour and no enthusiasm for their work especially a week before Christmas! Compared to other Gordon's shops I've been in the staff are bottom of the list
