Lovely wee place to go and say goodbye to your furry babies. You get to choose what urn youd like, their paw print and fur and a lovely wee prayer card with everything. Karen is very helpful and sympathetic. Couldnt recommend enough

Are beautiful husky was put to sleep recently. We rang an spoke to Karen. She explained everything, nothing was to much bother for her. The resting place was beautiful and it gave my children and us time to say goodbye to nook and see him one last time. On collection we were given hair clippings an paw prints. Karen really made our heart breaking moment so at ease. Thank you so much

After a recommendation from a customer, I was advised to go to Farewell. Our beloved Bichon had died on the Sunday and we called the number on the website and spoke with Ian. Ian asked if he could have Karen call me back which she did very quickly. She asked what time we wanted to come over which I was shocked about it being so quick. We agreed on 11:30 and the whole family including our other Bichon where all able to come out to their place. Upon arrival we where where met by Karen and guided to the farewell room where we where able to lay out Cassy for everyone to properly say goodbye. The whole experience was amazing and she really understands how your feeling at that moment. Ian arranged to return the ashes along with 4 paw printed cards and clippings of fur for us the next day for 4pm as they where going to a vets nearby. Cost was more than reasonable and the people and service excellent. I can highly recommend them to anyone.
