Was in the Craigavon store on Monday morning around 10ish while the girl serving was very pleasant and helpful the girl obviously shouldn't have been at work she had a dreadful cold and was coughing all over the counter & the items I was looking at and purchased. it was very unprofessional given we are just out of Covid I know people can't afford to stay off work but please wear a mask while serving customers..

Just home from our shopping and was delighted when my husband bought me 3 nomination charms(3rd being free) in Argento,Craigavon. We cannot give enough praise to Gillian and Emily who were so welcoming and gave me plenty of time and advice on my choice. Smiles all around for all their customers. PANDORA: Staff were friendly - until we told them we were there for a return. The manager Emily quickly got involved, then turned aggressive and spoke over any point we tried to raise. Even when it was pointed out that she was speaking over us she continued to do so. She kept citing that it was "not a manufacturer issue" despite evidence to the contrary being clearly presented. She also claimed that because the ring had "left the store" before any issues became apparent that she would not honour the return policy, although she was unclear on how anyone would have been expected to identify this issue BEFORE leaving the store. She refused to explain any further beyond citing these lines, and just kept claiming "store policy" in an attempt to shut down any attempt to resolve the issue. The other member of staff on duty, Christine, was perfectly pleasant but things took a sharply negative turn when the manager became involved. A masterclass in how not to deal with customers with legitimate complaints.
