My name is Maria Crespo. On 11 April last I bought two jackets from Vogue Rushmere for the value of 56 pounds. The next day I wanted to return them and get my money back, as they did not match the dress I had for them.
My surprise was when the shop assistant told me that the shop policy is not to give refunds only vouchers. At no time was I informed of this fact, otherwise I would not have bought anything in the shop as I needed to try them on.
I wanted to make a complaint as I felt cheated and robbed and was told that the manager was not there and would call me the next day.
This did not happen and I had to call and they told me to call another phone number given to me by this contact.
Since then they have been bothering me, call here, write there and nobody answers me to make a complaint to the consumer service.
