Absolutely terrible experience with this solicitors, I would actually rate zero stars if I could as I'm so disgusted by their disrespectful treatment towards me, contact from them was absolutely terrible, no proper advice, care or courtesy was given, I had asked for a professional fist letter to be sent on my behalf, when I saw it after it was already sent out as they never sent me a copy before sending even though I had asked several times, I saw then it had been written with multiple mistakes and typos, it looked rushed and there was nothing to show the solicitor took any time to understand anything, no details were added at all from the emails I had sent detailing the case, to say the letter was basic is an understatement. I had tried to contact their office several times to discuss the issues and was never ever contacted back once! I was completely ignored to say the least. I then wrote to them to say that I wasn't very happy where I explained the situation but in their response email by their solicitor was told to go elsewhere not to mention it was in a rather cheeky degrading tone, certainly not what I expected. I followed up with another detailed complaints letter to try to gain some understanding, and unfortunately they still are serving the same disappointing mannerisms, still no offer of an apology or a refund of their terrible letter which I had to paid upfront for. Obviously they care more about the money than their reputation, very sad approach to clients. Absolutely appalling, disappointing and very unprofessional service I strongly do not recommend using them.
