        I started impact fitness over 6 months ago. Before this Id never taken time to do anything for myself just because life is so busy. And never made time for me. Only now Im starting to learn that these are the things we should be doing for ourselves. If we dont no one else will. But after Xmas starting with a friend Jennifer. 7 months now Im still loving it I go 3 times a week. I enjoy it being only girls. Sinead is the loviest girl. Plenty of advice and support. Checking up on you making sure your comfortable with all workout. I love the gym and was highly recommend
