Great instructors, friendly funny and knowledgeable. Chilled out environment with a amazing group of varied individuals, so someone for everyone to talk to. Zara, sandie and kris.... keep up the good work :)

Excellent coaches who really care for the members. Small classes where you can train safely. Great support for nutrition and mental well being. Highly recommend Unity Fitness, Craigavon.

Started the Unity Fitness journey with my wife 4 months ago and I have to say we've loved every single minute of it. From the fantastic instruction and enthusiasm from the trainers, Zara, Kris and Sandie you can't go wrong. I feel stronger, fitter and feel far better in myself since joining. Also there are some right jokers in the pack to add to the character of the place which adds to the overall experience. A fantastic gym and trust me if you join you won't be disappointed. 5 stars plus from me, a young 61 year old.

I've been a regular at Unity for around 14mnths now. Highly recommended, the staff and work out programs are designed to suit all fitness levels regardless of age or size, excercises can be adjusted to compensate any old injuries. Really feeling the benefit of attending.
