Reception are quite rude and were very short with me and also cut me off mid sentence and hung up! This phoning at half 8 business is ridiculous, I have explained I am just unable to call at that time and they said well thats just the way of it, and just as I was responding they hung up! I know you guys deal with a lot of nasty people but it doesnt mean you just treat every caller this way, Im very upset.

Calling the reception is a miracle, and when you get there, the workers who work there have a terrible attitude, they are rude and unwilling, I hope that someone will treat them like that so that they understand how bad they are

Its pretty horrible trying get an appointment but reception staff are mostly friendly, even if you cant get an appointment. Ive had the same problem for nearly a year now and no consistent doctor. They have put me on multiple antibiotics and contracting diagnoses. Honestly no clue which doctor to trust, as they clearly dont trust one anothers opinion. Dr Macdonald is one of the most simplistic and harsh men Ive ever met, I felt quite uncomfortable in my appointment with him. He told me I had two things but never explained them or what I should do next them literally got up and opened the door for me to leave. A lack of care and social skillsbesides the need for retraining.

Excellent service provided by telephone and if necessary not a problem seeing a Doctor, I have been very well looked after, telephone consultations usually mean it is not necessary to travel to Health Centre.

Total and utter incompetence, from doctors(I use the term loosely), right down the line the staff are rude, unhelpful, can never get a simple appointment sorted . I could understand if it was human error in some cases, but a pre recorded repeat prescription line, that never works and medication that's needed to survive, never arriving. The only good doctor in that practice is Dr Evans. Empathy, consideration, professionalism, she has them all. I wish I could change practices and sue certain doctors for malpractice. Tip. It is legal to record your GP without their consent, for future legal proceedings if more GP's knew this, perhaps manners and service overall would improve
