Would give 0 but unfortunately I cant, staff were horrible, created a scene infront of everyone! My friend used the wrong till and the staff member Shirley said she doesnt have time for this nonsense and that we shouldve told her. We didnt want to tell her because of the way she spoke to us. Accused us of first of all near knocking down a worker and then knocking everything out of her hands, which is false. Absolutely disgusted.

Was minding my own business doing my shopping when an orange haired what I can only describe as a viel worker from your department lashed out at me for mistaking the card only machine as a cash one also, she must have had a bad day, she aggressively confronted me for this minor mistake saying is there something wrong with you, I kept my cool and was very polite to her, after I had moved tills she wasn't even working on tills at the time, anyway another worker called mark came to defuse the situation he was very understanding because he was focused on her which leads me to think this said woman is a big problem in your story, if you could get back to me soon I'd like to make a serious compliant
