Left in a tie for alterations 4 weeks ago.Called in to store yesterday evening and was handed the tie back minus the alterations and was told that they couldn't fulfil the service as they are now closing for 4 weeks. Tie is needed in two weeks time and I now will have to try and find an alternative at short notice. Very disappointed! Glad I called yesterday on the off chance, as they have had this item for weeks and didn't bother to tell me that they were no longer going to do the alterations.
