Seriously? Have two queues: simple order v more complicated order or provide seats for the queue. A large tea, bag of low calorie crisps, a tin of juice, a flat white and a tray bake was almost 13. A bit much. Not enough higher seats for older people - some very low seats which elderly cant get out of. Some guy managed to loose his money down the front of the fixtures and fittings and the girl had to take the front section of the counter off to get his bank note. How he did it is beyond me. Area where milk is was a rather messy with spilt milk and sugar. Not too sure asking for an extra tea bag went down too well - a woman who looked like a manager gave me a death stare whilst a younger man said no problem and sorted it. The manager then sat beside us talking to some other customer and showing off her medal which she was going to get engraved. Either the Belfast marathon or England somewhere as she told the friends she had been to England and that shed taken up running 5 years ago. Anyway.
