        Following a visit to your barbers shop today my son has informed me of some really very shoddy and unprofessional conduct by one of your staff members. Having listened to his account of the comments leveled at him I am really quite astonished you are still in business at all. Not only was he loudly castigated for not having arranged a haircut earlier, he had products applied to his hair that he did not want and explained that he did not want. Your staff member said and this is a direct quote, when the **** did you last get your haircut son? Ive sure got my work cut out for me today! You do not address paying customers like that and you do not humiliate them and do things they did not even ask for.
