Stay clear of this so called business. They promise you everything by a certain date, never happens, full of excuses. The owner wont answer phone calls...office staff lie constantly about where the owner is. Hes either in England or in a meeting - truth is hes hiding behind his wife in the office. After waiting 4 months on a product - called at the yard. Was told the owner was in the office by an employee. He went in to get him. Out comes the wife, balling and shouting, not listening at all to what I have to say, apparently you now have to make an appointment! She was So nasty - she went into the office slamming the door in my face. About 10 mins later I rang the office to make this so called appointment and was told they are not doing business with me. An absolute waste of time. Do not go near this company! 1 star rating is too much for them.

Stay well clear, or at very least talk to someone who has genuinely worked here. Every job you start, you're revisiting multiple times, as there's never parts to finish anything! Painter got fined 45 for leaving paint in gun overnight. Draughtsman got fined price of an H beam for getting cutting list wrong. All genuine and totally illegal. I got charged 4 hours pay for being sent on forklift course!! Seriously. The bits they don't tell you... 6 months probation, monthly pay, timed tea and dinner breaks ( back late and you're down 15 minutes pay), the courses they send you on, you do in your own time, you do your induction in your own time, and it goes on That's not even mentioning the wife following you up the yard, screaming when you're loading tool box, to leave, this is a regular occurrence. They're even trying to hold back my pay for refusing to work a month's notice!!! Talk to someone who's worked here first!!
