        I telephoned Rooneys on Thursday to request a skip. I was informed that the rate for mixed metal recycling was 170 per tonne. They sent a skip (it was late) I filled it with 1.3tonnes of mixed metal recycling. They picked up the skip (again very late) and rather than pay me Mr ALAN ROONEY informed me (after I had to phone him AGAIN) that I OWED HIM 115. Based on this I could NOT recommend using Rooney Metals.
