Rosies Grooming

I couldn't recommend Rosie highly enough. We have a nervous wee cockapoo but Rosie has such a gentle way with her. Rosie is very professional and really knows her 'stuff'. She listens carefully and grooms the dog exactly as we request. She also keeps a close eye on our dog's paws, ears and skin. We have also left our dog with her overnight while we were away and simply wouldn't leave her with anyone else.

Waste of time. Booked in to get my 2 dogs groomed. Rebooked for 6 weeks later, was told I would get a txt the day before to confirm, didn't get a txt so I called, was told they didn't put the booking in and could rearrange for the following week. Called us before the appointment to tell us that the appointment needed to be rescheduled again as she had an outbreak of kennel cough, said she would call again on Wednesday to rearrange, almost a week later and still no call. Would never use again
