        Lee Dwayne Liam and team are very friendly coaches who want the best for their members. Always willing to take time out to correct beginners. It is a good laugh and decent value for money. CrossFit can be a bit clicky though with those who compete tend to stick to their own versus people who just want to come to keep fit and healthy.
