Ordered from them before with few problems however this time has been horrendous, website states it takes between 10 and 20 working day yet here I am over two months later and no contact, no plaque and they have ignored at least 5 emails asking for an update, the quality of the items are great but if you want ignored and risk losing your money then Order away and good luck

1 star only because you can't give no stars. Ordered a plaque on 13 July and since then NOTHING despite many many attempts at getting a response. Avoid this person, I reckon he's a massive scammer. There may be some personal issue I'm unaware of which means he has ignored every attempt to get in touch with him, but that's just it - I'm unaware of it due to no communication from him. Therefore can only conclude he's a scammer. ***Edit After raising a chargeback with the bank the plaque has arrived today, 56 days after ordering it - so slightly outside the 10 - 20 days stated on the website. We are pleased with the plaque now it has arrived, the engraving is very good, the paint job looks like it may have been slightly rushed but overall is fine; but we have to wonder if the chargeback contact from our/his bank had anything to do with it, seeing as 4 emails and numerous phone calls from us during his stated working hours went unanswered. (However, after emailing to confirm receipt, strangely he replied straight away.) We're not even particularly bothered about the length of time it took; all that was needed for a 5-star review was communication! Even a response to our emails saying 'yes, I know you're still waiting, I am working on it, it'll be ready in 2 weeks...' or whatever would have been fine. So - we are pleased with the end result, we're just really annoyed that we had to get the bank involved for it to actually arrive; causing extra work for many people when all it needed was a couple of courtesy emails.
