I have been working with OHI for 6 months now and it has been a pleasure so far. The orthotics as a product are of excellent quality and the efficiency of service has been fantastic. I would highly recommend working with this company, and would further recommend Dan Crooks who is my account manager. He has been so helpful and great to work with!

I am so glad that our clinic started a relationship with OHI last year. The team work hard to give the best service possible and really go the extra mile. The Gaitscan equipment and the Orthotics themselves are the best quality that I have used. In the Business Development department I have dealt with Dan, Irina and Megan - all relentlessly optimistic and informative - they provided my team with great training and extra support in getting our orthotics business set up (even travelling over to our clinic to give 1:1 training). Paul has delivered some really high level training material which has helped us understand how it dovetails into our work as Osteopaths to support our patients. Robert is such a knowledgeable advisor on the clinical side. All of my clients have benefitted from orthotics made by his lab with his 'prescriptions'. I am so pleased to see many of these clients finding a new lease on life, being now able to run, dance, play golf, or even just go for a walk without the pain and dysfunction that they suffered for many years. On the admin side, Dawn is super! Quite a few times I have to admit that I have been behind in my admin and she is always friendly and efficient in getting the information I need. They are an amazing team and I could not recommend them enough.
