Bought a house from them in 2019 - all initially seemed fine, until we completed and got the keys then suddenly things didn't get finished. From ridiculous degrees of shrinkage in the joists resulting in half inch gaps in flooring to popped nails and half painted exterior which shows brush and roller marks and yellow stains - it's a comedy of errors. Some people who complain got things sorted but despite common problems throughout the houses, those were never fixed across the board which lacks integrity. In short if you want to pay a premium for a half finished home and fancy finishing it off yourself then look no further! Otherwise save yourself the aggravation and look at a more reputable firm.
