        Extremely disappointing experience from first encounter on what should be so extra special when it comes to a brides dream dress. Half of dress was paid for and never left shop, rude customer service and when advising I no longer wanted dress based on experience wouldnt refund.

        Bought a dress here before the lockdown and the dress was stuck in the shop until it reopened recently. The shop was very unhelpful and did not offer to take the dress back and provide a refund. The dress didnt even leave the shop. Wont be back.

        Bought a lovely red dress in this shop well worth a visit if you in the town . It at the back of a jeweller's so you might not see it straight away if you were not familiar with cookstown Two lovely ladies dealt with me.some lovely dresses in it for mother of the bride and s fantastic sale rail.
