Wouldn't use them again.. they sent me the wrong part after receiving my money but wouldn't return any of my phone calls or messages to resolve this matter.im still without parts and my car is still in the garage 2 weeks on

I must admit I had some reservations ordering from a breaker in Northern Ireland when I live across the sea in North Wales, but I neednt have worried... Honda VW and Audi Bitz responded to an enquiry I put out on the web for a new sunroof glass for my Honda Accord a quick phone call confirmed it was the part I needed and it was duly ordered. A couple of days later it arrived via DPD, who emailed me a one hour delivery time slot - very useful as you dont need to wait in all day. The sunroof arrived, on time, well packed and exactly as described. An hour later it was fitted and I was well pleased. A great service from a great little firm, thanks a million Ill be using you again!
