First time at this unique tea room venue, can't wait to visit again. The tea rooms are located in the 2 front rooms of this beautiful Georgian period property. Transported to a bygone era, with vintage plates, cups saucers etc, to create a fabulous ambience. The afternoon tea was delicious with an abundance and array of delicious sweet and savoury treats. The soup was also very tasty. Very good value for money. The staff were all so pleasant and attentive. Nothing was any trouble. The lady who owns the place is also very warm and welcoming. Fabulous food and superb customer service and care. A hidden gem. Look forward to returning very soon.

Excellent afternoon tea, Phyllis is the most gracious hostess, makes the experience even more special. I would rate this afternoon tea one of the best in Northern Ireland. 5 stars

Enjoyed a lovely afternoon tea with a friend. The food was so delicious and the staff were very friendly and attentive. House and surrounding area is lovely and peaceful. Would definitely recommend Woodbank House.
