Contacted the Coleraine branch to arrange an annual service and a timing belt change, date agreed, quote sent through and all sorted in the same day. I was offered a lift to town which I didn't need as it is only a 20min walk but everyone was friendly and professional. Big thank you to Tim for all his help

Have dealt with parts multiple times and always had a positive experience. Even some less common parts can be had by the next day and staff are very knowledgeable. Would recommend the parts department here

Edwin may Volkswagen Coleraine superb business and customer awareness and effort is second to none. I recently purchased and new VW tiguan from this store and there salesman Gordon Kyle was the most honest and helpful guy Ive met to date. After meeting Gordon and also carrying out a trade in so I could upgrade to the VW tiguan he made everything so effortless. The guys knowledge and understanding of the motor game and how to get things done hassle free was spot on. Im overjoyed with the car and it was in mint condition for my arrival to pick up. Cant say enough about this crowd but I certainly will be back in future years. Gordon Kyle the man who gets it done. Thanks again Gordon for your effort
