Booked a taxi almost 9 hours before we required it. Taxi arrived 20 minutes before the time we booked it for and rather than ignoring the driver, I asked the driver to call back for us rather than wait. He said he would come back and left. Taxi did not return! Phoned to ask for a taxi to collect us and was rudely told that it had called for us and we refused to take it. I explained that it been booked for 12.45am and that it had arrived 20 minutes early. Again, rudely told that the taxi had called and we refused to take it and they would not be sending another taxi. Then they just hung up. Refused to answer my following calls. My wife then phoned and was rudely told the same and they again hung up and refused to answer her following calls. Got a friend to call and they were rude to them as well and hung up and again refused to answer her following calls. We were lucky that we did not live too far away and could walk home as the weather was fair. However, imagine if this had been your son or daughter and they had been left stranded at another town or at a nightclub/bar and unable to get any help from this taxi company to get home. In summary, do not use this taxi company as: It seems to think it should decide when you will be picked up and totally ignore your booking requirements; Their staff that are really rude and give exceptionally poor customer service; The taxi company has no care for the welfare or safety of their customers and when you ask for help, they hang up the phone and refuse to answer your calls. If I could I would give a minus rating to this company. My recommendation is DO NOT USE THIS TAXI COMPANY.
