        Never turned up when booking waiting half an hour and got the excuse that they where there but no one was there and I was waiting at my front door and no taxi was in sight the whole 30mins. Would not recommend

        Booked for a cab prior to the day i needed it for a Sunday morning, reconfirmed during the week for my booking called multiple times but they never showed up and noone ever answered the phone. They are usually good with their customer service but this was just a big NO for me.

        Booked to taxi to go home from a formal at 00:00 from Portrush all the way to Aghadowey, got to 00:40 and no one showed, we phoned multiple times but the phones were off, an absolute disgrace, we relied on their service and were left stranded. Worst, most unreliable firm I've ever used.
