I wanted to buy an air mattress and to deliver to my in-laws house in NI and when trying to purchase it failed my card. It caused the whole process to stop and have to start from the beginning instead of just letting me retry again the payment.
It worked on the second time however.
Then I got an email from their customer support saying they thought the activity was suspicious and asked me to confirm. I confirmed the purchase was legit and that the card failed the first time and confirmed the address I wanted it to be delivered to. Still, they decided to decline the purchase and refund me the money.
I decided not to support local business anymore and no wonder why Amazon is killing companies like that by providing a much better service and price.
Honestly, if I was doing some illegal activities I doubt it would be buying an air mattress from a small company. Needless to say I won't be buying anything from them and wouldn't recommend anyone to do so. Just save yourself time, money and headache and buy from Amazon, Argos, Costco or whatever.
