I just phoned to ask about mounting board for photographs. I was answered in a surly tone as if my enquiry was a nuisance and my queries re size and quality were stupid questions. I will be obtaining mounting board elsewhere.

This Art supply shop has been here in Coleraine for many years. I have bought lots of paints, brushes, pencils and art stuff in general and am pleased to support a local shop supplying my materials. Always pleasant and usually has what I need. Many thanks!

Quite unpleasant atmosphere. Immediately upon entering questioned on what I'm looking for when I was browsing. Multiple signs saying do not touch unless purchasing so can't pickup to look at price and male stood at end of counter arms crossed staring down shop. Intimidating and off putting. Pity cos there was stuff that I would have bought as seemed to be great sales on but would prefer to spend more on the same in a welcoming environment somewhere else
