Power steering failed. Eamonn drove me back to my accommodation and found the cause of trouble. As I was booked onto ferry he did not have time to get parts for a permanent repair, so made a temporary fix to get me to destination in England and refused to charge as the repair was not permanent. Eamon and Barry were able to tell me exactly what my ongoing issue was with my Passat. I was booked in the following week and Barry done an excellent job sorting out the issue. I had a followup query for Barry. I left a voicemail and within 15mins he called me back,we had a chat and arranged to call by the garage again. The staff are very friendly and helpful and for which you can have a chat with. Definitely recommend and I'll be back again in the future if I've got any issues which need professionally sorted.
