Hayes Caravan Park - Cliff Top Castlerock

Had a caravan here a number of years ago. After nine,yes nine years the owner wanted us to sell him our caravan and purchase a new one from him. We argued with him and he "kindly granted" us a tenth year. This was a real take on. If you are thinking of buying a caravan here..check out all the fine print and insist on a written signed agreement, we never saw one, Hayes insisted the annual bill for the rent and electricity the agreement!!!! . By the way..a marvelous site..but !!

Had a caravan here for 10 years. Did ask when we bought it about having to upgrade - we were told it only applied to front row vans, so we didn't take a front row pitch. Last year, we were told that ours is now a prime pitch, We were granted this year, there was no negotiation and no option to move back on the site. The site itself is clean and quiet but no amenities, and the laundry room has been closed for the last 3 seasons.
