Brilliant service from Tom. Removed old stove and installed new one with no issues, gave great advice on which stove would suit our space best. Left everything neat and tidy. Would 100% recommend.

I would definitely recommend Tom. He did a brilliant job and was efficient, clean and tidy and was here when he said he would be! Very helpful and friendly as well. We couldn't fault him at all.

I used Snughaus to help source and install my log burner, hearth and reclaimed wood mantle piece. We had to do the entire project whilst I was not physically present at the installation site so I was relieved to find Tom to be very responsive and helpful in carrying this through with great advice and expertise, including notifying the relevant authorities at the council regarding the new burner. Our fireplace went from a ragged hole in the wall where the old fire and back boiler had been removed to a beautifully finished and stylish centre to the room. Many thanks to Tom and team.

Tom was recommended to me as the best stove fitter in the north coast and I can see why. Having had to find another fitter after my original guy totally messed up the job, I was delighted to find Tom as I knew he was the best. Someone who knew what he was doing, who stuck to his timelines & who was beyond professional - it was so refreshing. It was clear from the first meeting that Tom was passionate about his work & that his standards were exceptionally high. Tom also tiled the recess & again, this was done to a very high standard. He recommended a plasterer (Eugene) who was equally fantastic and who I would also highly recommend. Its taken me a bit of time to get used to the stove & Tom visited again recently to advise on lighting & maintenance. The finished product is beautiful & Im delighted with the workmanship. I cant recommend Tom Wilton highly enough.

Tom did such a wonderful job of installing our woodburner. We absolutely love it- so modern and top quality. Tom is very dedicated to doing a great job and consulted us throughout the installation process - he gave us choices and chatted through the options with us. This meant I felt informed about how it was going and was satisfied with the results. The whole process was so smooth and I would recommend Snughaus to anyone wanting a good quality woodburner in a very reasonable time frame. Thank you so much Tom !
