I ordered flowers for my girlfriend for valentines and they where to be delivered but no flowers turned up. So I rang the shop the next day to find out what was going on an I was told they forgot to write the order down and when i asked for them to resolve this issue they where not helpful at all just gave me my money back and there was no effort to try an resolve the problem. There was not even an effort like sir we will send out some flowers anyway as a apology for this matter.

Was very last minute in getting a wrist corsage for a wedding yesterday. The lady at jim bell was the only person who could take me! 25 was definitely we'll spend, she listened to exactly what I wanted and what colours I was wearing and the finally product was amazing! She advised me to refrigerate the corsage until I was leaving and it lasted all night! She was so welcoming and so lovely! 10/10 customer service! Will be back!
