        Stay well clear. Agreed qoute for front door and frame and delivery of 12 weeks and paid deposit with receipt. Got my deposit back after approx 15 months of unending missed deadlines. Probably does OK job for contractors but individuals are treated with contempt. This disingenuous character gives the trade a very bad reputation - apalling. Don't waste your time.

        Very pleased with my Oak Stairs provided by RH joinery. Ronnie was very helpful in helping me decide what stairs would suit my current layout best ad liaised with my builder ref existing plans and what would suit the layout best. very confident workers , ensuring to tidy up after work.

        Shocking customer service from this chancer. Took a large deposit from us in August 2016 and quoted a 6 week lead time for bespoke front door, stairs, internal doors and shelving. Failed to turn up on dozens of occasions. Does not respond to calls or emails. Demanded full payment before delivery in May 2017 then failed to turn up 10 more times. We are now homeless because stairs are incomplete, out a very large sum of money (5 figures) and still waiting 9 months later. Absolute disgrace. Steer clear.
