I had a driver called Elaine tonight who drove me a short distance in the snow and dicey conditions. The operator said it would take 30-40 minutes for the driver to arrive. She arrived within 15 minutes. She was a great driver who navigated the journey carefully as well as having a conversation with myself, her company was a pleasure and we shared a laugh along the journey. Im looking forward to hopefully driving with her again.

I don't use Mahoods Taxis any more after one of the drivers picked us up and he was drunk, he allmost ran the taxi of the road and he was 1 hour late. As far as I can see the Mahood Taxi drivers of late are poor drivers, and don't care how they drive around Carrickfergus. Today 10/2/23 one of the drivers in a black VW just parked for ages in a disabled spot at the Spar, Fortified and he just didn't care. Not a good taxi service anymore.

Couldn't fault them. Arrived on time and was so helpful to get notification when driver had been dispatched to pick me up. Taxi was nice and clean.

We use this taxi company a lot and they never disappoint. Was kept up to date tonight via texts as usual and Elaine was brilliant. Thank you, again.
