        Have been buying my shopping in Lidl Carrickfergus for the past year or so using Apple pay. Today I need to return an item and was told they cannot refund to Apple pay. The cashier and manager offered no help to refund me by cash, credit note, voucher, gift card or even an exchange for shopping. Told me to come back with a bank card. I myself having worked in the public sector all my life can say the customer care was nil. Lidl should not except Apple pay to buy if they cannot return to Apple pay.

        Called in tonight, 08/04/23 at 21.07 and the doors were locked? I thought all the Stores were open until 22.00 or has that not started yet? Staff saw me but made no effort to let me know.
