        It's always a pleasant experience going into this store. Regardless of what staff member is on duty, they are unfailingly pleasant and cheerful, quick with a smile and a laugh, while offering top notch service. 5 stars all the way!

        Too busy watching the football on his phone to be arsed re-soling my shoes, said they couldnt be done. When I said the Timpsons in the Abbey Centre said they could be done, would just take a while, he agreed that it would take several hours. Ive had them done before while I waited. Its like one was too busy and one couldnt be bothered. Looks like Im in for wet feet or new shoes. Cheers.
