This company came out promptly to give a quote and asked for 20% deposit straightaway. Which they where given. From then on in it was just me chasing them, first for a receipt, then a installation date, finally got a date confirmed, then on the day before the work was to completed, I again contacted THEM for a time. No response via text message, then a few hours later I called, only to be told my call would be returned in 10minutes, still waiting 4 hours later! My experience from this company is they are quick to take your hard earned cash and then it's just a chasing game there after to try to get the work completed that was agreed and paid for. An extremely bad customer experience from this company who I now have no trust whatsoever, needless to say they won't be carrying out the work and I will be taking my business else where. All they done was waste my time for many weeks and cause unnecessary upset. So beware what they promise initially, they don't deliver.

Bay window pvc sill splitting and coming apart. Contacted them and was promised a repair. 6 text messages and phone calls now being ignored. I am contacting consumer council for advice.
